As the official charitable body of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, our mission is simple yet powerful: to inspire and empower people to succeed in life. With the immense privilege of being connected to one of the most iconic football clubs in the world, we channel the spirit of Spurs into creating opportunities that transform lives.

Our work is rooted in the Spurs heartlands of North London – Haringey, Enfield and surrounding boroughs. These areas carry the weight of some of the UK’s greatest challenges, with high levels of crime, poverty and unemployment, as well as significant health inequalities, but we see every day how they are also home to incredible resilience, potential and ambition. Through grassroots delivery, strategic projects and community campaigns, we nurture talent, open doors to education and employment, and promote mental and physical wellbeing – because when our communities thrive, we all succeed.

Since our founding in 2006, the Foundation has quietly but profoundly impacted the lives of those around us. Last year alone, we supported over 10,000 individuals, with our efforts generating £20.4 million of social value for the local community. From mentoring young people to providing rehabilitation for cancer patients, our work has been nothing short of transformative – yet much of it remains under the radar.
